Repairs, re-roofs, flat roofs and rooflines across Cheshire. We turn up when we say we will, price the job in writing, and leave a roof that outlasts the guarantee.
What we do
We are not a general builder who also does roofs. Pitched roofs, flat roofs, chimneys and rooflines are the whole business — which is why the work holds up, and why we can tell you in ten minutes whether yours needs a repair or a replacement.

Leaks, slipped slates, storm damage and failed flashings — found properly and fixed properly.

Why Cheshire calls us
Most people only buy a roof once. That asymmetry is exactly why the trade has the reputation it does.
We work the other way round. You get photographs of the problem before you get a price. You get told when a repair will do, even though a replacement pays us more. And you get a quote that itemises the materials, so you can hold it next to anyone else's and compare like for like.
How it works
We come out at a time that suits you, get up on the roof and into the loft, and photograph everything. Takes about 45 minutes.
A fixed price, itemised, usually with you within 48 hours. Materials named, access included, timescale stated. Sit on it as long as you like.
Scaffold up, job done to the date we gave you, site cleared, guarantee in your hand. We ring a week later to check it is all behaving.
Before & after
Thirty-year-old felt and chippings, cracked at every seam and ponding badly. We stripped it back to the deck, replaced the rotten boards, and laid a single-piece membrane with new edge trims and a proper fall to the outlet.
No seams across the middle means no seams to fail. That is the whole argument for modern flat roofing in one photograph.

Where we work
Staying local is the whole point. It means we can be back on site the week after, not the month after.

Something not covered? Ring us — we'd rather answer it now than have you guessing.
07470 988 330An average three-bed semi re-roof in Cheshire usually lands between £6,000 and £12,000, depending on pitch, access, the tile or slate you choose and whether the battens and felt need replacing. A single slipped slate might be £120. We will not quote a figure down the phone without seeing it — anyone who does is guessing, and the guess is rarely in your favour.
No. The visit, the inspection, the photographs and the written quote are all free, and there is no obligation at the end of it. If the honest answer is "your roof is fine, leave it alone", that is what we will tell you.
Emergency leaks are usually seen within 24–48 hours, and we will make it watertight on the first visit wherever we can, even if the permanent repair needs scaffold and a return trip. Ring us on 07470 988 330 rather than using the form if water is coming in now.
Yes to both. We carry full public liability insurance, and scaffolding or tower access is priced into the quote rather than added on later. You will not get a bill at the end for something that was always going to be needed.
Every job is guaranteed in writing, with the term stated on the quote before you accept it — 10 years on uPVC roofline work, and a period appropriate to the job on everything else. Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties on top, and most modern tiles and membranes are warranted far longer than any workmanship guarantee.
Usually only into the loft, so we can see the underside of the roof. That is where the real story is: daylight through the felt, damp timbers, failed membrane. It takes five minutes and tells us more than an hour on the outside.
Free, no-obligation quote
We'll come out, get up and look properly, and send you a written price with the work spelled out. No pressure, no doorstep sales, no vanishing act.
