Our work, not stock photos.

Project notes

What you are looking at

The in-progress shots matter more than the finished ones. Anyone can photograph a tidy roof. The question is what went on underneath it.

  • Breathable membrane, laid properly. Dressed over an eaves tray into the gutter, not left to sag and pond.
  • Dry ridge, not mortar. Mechanically fixed, ventilated, and it will not crack and come down in a gale.
  • Lead where lead belongs. Code-correct valleys and soakers, not a tube of mastic.
  • Seamless flat roofing. One sheet across the span, so there is no lap to fail.
