Let's have a look at it.
The inspection is free, the quote is free, and there is nothing to sign at the end of it. If water is coming in right now, call rather than fill in the form.

The more detail the better: the age of the house, what you can see, when it started. We usually come back the same working day.

Don't wait on an email. Ring us and we'll get someone out to make it watertight, usually within 24–48 hours.

Before you call
Something not covered? Ring us. We'd rather answer it now than have you guessing.
07470 988 330How much does a new roof cost in Cheshire?
An average three-bed semi re-roof in Cheshire usually lands between £6,000 and £12,000, depending on pitch, access, the tile or slate you choose and whether the battens and felt need replacing. A single slipped slate might be £120. We will not quote a figure down the phone without seeing it. Anyone who does is guessing, and the guess is rarely in your favour.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. The visit, the inspection, the photographs and the written quote are all free, and there is no obligation at the end of it. If the honest answer is "your roof is fine, leave it alone", that is what we will tell you.
How quickly can you come out to a leak?
Emergency leaks are usually seen within 24–48 hours, and we will make it watertight on the first visit wherever we can, even if the permanent repair needs scaffold and a return trip. Ring us on 07470 988 330 rather than using the form if water is coming in now.
Are you insured, and is scaffolding included?
Yes to both. We carry full public liability insurance, and scaffolding or tower access is priced into the quote rather than added on later. You will not get a bill at the end for something that was always going to be needed.
